Southeastern Health Partners names Jenn Felice Clinical Performance Director
Southeastern Health Partners (SEHP) announced Jenn Felice, MSN, RN, BS, as its new clinical performance director.
Felice is a dynamic nurse executive with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, including emergency nursing, urgent care and ambulatory leadership. Her previous roles have included clinical nurse educator, clinical supervisor, clinical manager and director of ambulatory nursing practice.
With a clinical background, Felice will work closely with SEHP’s partners and their leadership teams to help determine specific opportunities for improvement as well as help payor partners determine what actionable steps to make with individual performing health systems.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about improving healthcare quality and clinical performance,” Felice said. “In this new role, I am excited to be able to use my expertise to continue to make an impact in this space for the patients in the community where I live and work.”
Southeastern Health Partners is a Clinically Integrated Network in the Upstate of South Carolina. SEHP is a joint venture between AnMed Health, Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Self Regional Health System and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System with over 2,500 providers and managing over 100,000 members in value-based health care.
Felice is passionate about quality care and patient safety. She built a strong ambulatory clinical program during her tenure as vice president of ambulatory nursing and virtual health at Prisma Health.

Felice’s contributions to science include presenting and publishing results for Community Acquired Pneumonia Patients in the ED at UHC forum and American Journal of Medical Quality as well as most recently contributing to an article on rapid innovations in diabetes care during COVID-19 in the AADE in Practice journal.
Personally, Felice enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with her family in Upstate South Carolina.
She began her new role on Aug. 16.
